On Site Activities

  • Forest Walks

    walking in the forest is very quiet and peaceful and help people reduce stress and feel calmer

  • Cookery Classes

    Working on cooking skills helps people to develop independence, encourages fine motor skills. Working on cookery skills can be very motivating the individual has a product to show at the end of the time and of course they can eat it.

    The individuals will learn proper planning and preparation skills. Cooking can also help boost your self-esteem. Cooking activities are a great way to express your artistry.

  • Wood Work Activities

    Imagining and planning an object to make out of wood takes a lot of creativity and is a great means of self expression Woodworking creates an opportunity to take what’s floating around in your head and put it into practice. There is many opportunities to create a bird house, jewellery box, bug house and much more.

  • Sewing activities

    Opportunities to use a sewing machine and make some projects whilst learning new skills.

    We are champions have an allotment plot based in Shrewsbury, this is a great way of having access to valuable gardening space and offers a number of health and wellbeing benefits.

  • Bikes

    Provides a range of specially adapted cycles, which means that anyone can experience the feeling of freedom, the breeze on their face, and the sense of achievement that comes with inclusive cycling.

  • Community Days

    Being part of the community means that everyone has the opportunity to take part in life outside their family and home, choosing how you spend your time and having the chance to meet new people taking part in activities and having the opportunities to meet new people with similar interests.
