About me
As a finalist in the 2019 and winner of Frontline leader Award, and winner of Dignity In Care 2022 at The Great British Care Awards. I am highly skilled, motivated and have a passion for improving people's lives. My long experience in managing the provision of hands-on care and support means I am able to accurately assess the needs of vulnerable adults on an initial and on-going basis. I am comfortable working with people with physical or learning disabilities, older people, and their families or carers. I am able to provide an innovative, efficient and outstanding service whilst maintaining a friendly and supportive environment for all. I enjoy the challenges and rewards of managing a caring service.
