Champions is a Day Service set in the most remarkable woodland Estates Leaton Forest, Shrewsbury.
Champions provide a range of different activities and offer opportunities for adults with learning and physical disabilities to do something special with their day.
Champions provide the very best person centred care and support where the people are always at the heart.
The focus of the service is to support, empower and enable people with disabilities to live their life to the full creating opportunities to promote and develop their independence, develop skills and increase confidence so that each individual can have control over their lives.
We are champions constantly strive to make a difference, have fun in a safe, stimulating environment.
We work ‘with’ not ‘for’ creating opportunities to try new experiences and take positive risks to work towards achieving their dreams and aspirations.
